Your Donations & Statements

Every donation you make while signed in is tracked in My giving — with lifetime stats, a filterable history, per-donation receipts, and downloadable annual summaries.

The My giving dashboard

Open fundlyhub.org/donor (you must be signed in).

The My giving dashboard with lifetime stats and recent donations

Four stat tiles summarize your giving:

TileMeaning
Lifetime givingEverything you've donated (refunded donations excluded)
DonationsTotal number of donations
SupportedHow many different fundraisers you've supported
Last donationDate of your most recent gift

Below, Recent donations lists your last five — each linking to its campaign — with a View all link to the full history. My profile (top right) opens your public profile.

Anonymous donations still count

Donations you marked anonymous appear here in your own history (with a "donated anonymously" note) — they're only hidden from the public and the organizer.

Donation history with year and status filters, the donations table, and the Annual summary button

  • Filters: Year (All years, or any year) and Status (All statuses / Paid / Pending / Refunded / Failed)
  • Table columns: Date · Campaign (linked) · Amount · Status · Receipt
  • Pagination: 20 per page, with Previous / Next

Re-download any receipt

Each paid donation has a Receipt icon — it reopens the same confirmation/receipt page you saw right after donating, where you can download it again or email it to yourself. (Refunded or failed rows have no receipt.)

Annual summaries (PDF / CSV)

Click Annual summary (top right of the history page):

The Annual summary menu with year selection and PDF/CSV download options

  1. Choose year
  2. Pick Download {year} as PDF or Download {year} as CSV

The export contains all your donations for that year — useful for record-keeping at tax time.

Not a tax receipt

As the menu itself states: "Summary for your records — not a tax receipt. Tax-deductibility depends on the recipient. See IRS Pub 526." Most FundlyHub campaigns are personal fundraisers, and gifts to individuals are generally not tax-deductible.
