The community form's limits and choices

/communities/form-rules
Every limit and option the owner's Create and Settings forms hold to (lengths, counts, the link cap, the co-leader cap, the plan's price limits and quick picks, and each setting's choices), read from the same constants the server validates with. The plan's limits are null on a build without paid communities.
