Connect the community's Stripe account

/communities/{id}/stripe/onboarding
Owner only. Creates (or reuses) the community's own Stripe Express account, which the owner verifies, and returns a fresh Stripe-hosted onboarding link that returns to the community's settings. accept_debit_terms: true records the owner's consent to Stripe Account Debits, which giving from the fund to a Fundly needs. Requires a signed-in session.

In the browser, authentication rides on the httpOnly session cookies set by /cognito/signin or the Google / Apple sign-in at /cognito/oauth/{provider}. For scripts and for Swagger UI testing, paste an API key (fh_live_…, created with POST /api-keys); a Cognito JWT is accepted too. Sign-in does not return a token in its body.
