The home page's Featured Fundlies starts with the platform's eight featured campaigns. Choose a category in the scrolling row to select up to eight live public campaigns in that category, using the same ranking. View all campaigns keeps that category selected. An empty category offers Start a fundraiser.

Cities, Communities, Non-profits and Churches are connected directories. Each directory links to the other three with scrolling card strips. Church cards use the same layout, Follow control, organization page and permissions as nonprofit cards. A city page separates its nonprofit and church cards using the organization's recorded city.

Church discovery is a classification of verified nonprofits. It uses the recorded church review reason, IRS church foundation code, church NTEE classification, or an explicit church name. Mentioning churches in a charitable mission does not classify the charity as a church. Classification applies to existing and new listings and does not grant verification, change tax eligibility or relax access controls.

API clients can use GET /nonprofits?kind=church, kind=nonprofit (default), or kind=all. The filter applies to cards, totals, pagination and facets. GET /fundraisers/featured?category=<slug> applies the category before selecting the featured campaigns. See the OpenAPI reference for the complete schemas.

On fundraiser donor lists, both avatars and names link to the donor's public profile. Guests use an opaque guest profile; anonymous donations use only their public alias profile. These links never reveal an email address or the private account behind an anonymous donation.
